Hannes Hummel (born 1987) is an award-winning interdisciplinary artist and designer based in Germany. He works across new media (CGI and AI), Web3, immersive audiovisual installations, and moving images.

His award-winning “Living Still Lifes” series draws inspiration from historical art movements, reimagined through a digital medium.
Hybrid Species (2024)
An exploration of digital flora through speculative botanical art. Featured in multiple art-focused print publications, Hybrid Species presents a vision of flora from a parallel world, where nature is captured through a digital lens, without a mirror.

Exhibitions and recognition
His work has been exhibited internationally, with highlights including a commissioned artwork in the permanent collection and exhibition of the Deji Art Museum, the Beijing Contemporary Art Expo, and a museum showcase at Contemporary Calgary alongside works by Andy Warhol.
